Meet the Experts
The Medical Experts
At VBE, we are proud to have a team of highly skilled and experienced medical experts.
Our medical experts are the cornerstone of our organization, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our work. With years of experience in their respective fields, they possess a deep understanding of the complexities of VA disability claims and the medical evidence required to support them.

Dr. COLLIN RADER, D.O.
I am a licensed physician, trained in Emergency Medicine, with additional experience in Orthopedics, Pain Management, Family/General Medicine, and Urgent Care Medicine.
My medical career began upon enlisting as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army following 9/11. I had the honor and privilege of dedicated service spanning over 17 years as an enlisted soldier and later as an Officer in both the U.S. Army and Air Force.
My commitment to advocating for Veterans and their families runs deep, driven by an unwavering sense of desire, pride, and service. As an OEF/OIF/OND Veteran myself, I have an intimate understanding of the unique experiences of fellow Veterans that allows for a profound connection. Drawing from my own first-hand knowledge and experiences, I offer a level of understanding that goes beyond what any civilian provider can truly comprehend.

Dr. ALYCIA CHAPMAN, PsyD
Dr. Alycia Chapman, PsyD. received her doctoral degree in 2011 from Argosy University in Arlington, Virginia. Her coursework and clinical training focused both on therapies and assessments, with specific emphasis on children and families. Her externships included both assessments and therapy of children with learning disabilities, social emotional challenges, ADHD, trauma and autism spectrum disorder.
Dr. Chapman’s professional work experience includes working with adults, children and families. She has extensive experience conducting psychological evaluations, including mental health evaluations for determination of disabilities benefits.

Dr. PATRICK KASPER
As a dedicated healthcare professional, I am passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate medical care to my patients. My journey in medicine has been shaped by diverse experiences, extensive education, and a strong commitment to excellence. My military experience instilled in me a deep sense of duty, honor, and a commitment to excellence, which I carry forward in my medical practice. I believe in fostering open communication, active listening, and building strong patient-provider relationships based on trust and empathy. I am dedicated to delivering evidence-based care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
I am honored to have served in the military and am now equally honored to serve my patients and veterans with the highest quality of care.
“On the battlefield, the military pledges to leave no soldier behind. As a nation, let it be our pledge that when they return home, we leave no veteran behind.”
